Verge Awards Home
  • It's FREE and EASY to Participate!

    Create your profile, select your category, and upload your video, artwork, invention and so on. It's that easy!

      • All teens aged 13-19 from anywhere in the country can participate
      • You may use your mobile device, webcam or video camera to record performances
      • Soloists, duos and groups can enter. Duos and groups may use virtual performances. Be careful if you must gather now
      • You will need to provide information about any songs or music you use, but don't worry - we're covering all licensing costs!
    • (Very Few) RULES and Guidelines

      1. You must be 13-19 years old to submit an entry to the Festival or Creative Force for Good!
      2. You MAY upload something you've already created for fun, school credit or other programs, events and talent shows, etc.! 
      3. Your entry may NOT include any audio or visual content with foul language, that is vulgar or indecent, that degrades, hurts or potentially harms any person or group, or portrays or promotes violent or sexual acts of any kind
      4. Your apparel may not display these concepts or words (young kids will be watching!) Try to avoid large logos.

      Rolling Entry Submissions

      Teens upload entries to the Festival and Creative Force for Good (CFG).

       

      All entries will be screened for appropriate content.

      3

      Virtual stages, galleries, and cause-specific exhibits open for viewing/voting

      Approved entries will be displayed in their respective virtual venues.

      4

      “Teens on the Verge” Benefit Variety Shows!

      Virtual shows will feature entries from the Festival and CFG (no separate entry process)!

      Statewide shows will be held live if safe to do so!

    • Your SAFETY is Very Important to Us

      • We will screen every entry before posting to ensure the content is not demeaning or harmful to any individual or group
      • We will not post comments (good or bad!) on entries until we can guarantee that every single one is reviewed
      • We will never publish your contact information to the public or provide it to any individual who may wish to reach you (such as the media, college recruiters, and so on) without your prior consent
      • We will not allow any user to conduct their own livestreaming or host their own live chats on this platform
