COPYRIGHTS: We are in the process of securing licenses for copyrighted material and will pay fees on your behalf, but you MUST indicate that you are using copyrighted content as you upload your entry (it's easy). If permission is denied, you will be able to submit a new entry.
RECORDING: This may have been a performance in the past 18 months whether virtual or in front of a live audience, in a rehearsal or in your own space.
RECORDING QUALITY:
• Mobile phones, webcams, handheld video cameras are all ACCEPTABLE and of sufficient quality to hear your singing ability.
• Try to record in a well-lit space with light in front of and pointing toward you so we can clearly see your face (live events usually have sufficient stage lighting)
MUSIC BACKING: Allowed as long as your performance is prominent
